A great therapy website should reflect the heart of your practice.
Bring me your problems to solve, your messy ideas, your business details, and your wildest dreams. I'll turn them into a custom website that makes your life easier and shows people exactly what it's like to work with you. You do what you do best. I’ll handle the tech side of things.
Built for Therapists
Not a generic template. Designed for your specific needs.
Let’s make this easy.
Your website is just one (though crucial) piece of your business, so let’s remove the overwhelm and keep the process simple.
-
We’ll start out with a conversation (phone, email, Zoom, in-person, whatever you’re comfortable with), I’ll send you a questionnaire to gather questions from your backstory to the 5 words you want your site to feel like (and I can fill in any blanks if you’re unsure). From there I send you a proposal reflecting the whole scope of the project back to you to make sure we’re on the same page. I’ll then design and build the site and get it over to you within a week! You’ll have a chance to make a punchlist of any changes to get it just right, then we’ll launch it into the world.
-
For a standard informational website under 7 pages, we keep it simple by charging a flat rate of $3,000.
Want something more robust, like online classes, scheduling, or 30 more pages? Easy peasy, additional features can be added at any time and I’ll draft up a proposal before any of that work begins so you know exactly what to expect!
Want help maintaining the site after it’s launched? I offer hourly website maintenance so you never have to touch it if you don’t want to (though I do include a detailed, recorded, Zoom tutorial when we launch the site so you can feel empowered to change your bio photo as often as you’d like!).
-
From the time all content is delivered, you will have your site ready to check out within one week!
-
Though a lot of website developers ask that you deliver every asset for the site, from photos to text, I’m here to help fill in any blanks. You can be as hands on or off as you’d like, and if you need someone to write the content and curate stock images, I’ll take care of it.
I’m Nina, by the way.
I once ran into Bruce Springsteen exchanging pants at an Urban Outfitters and about halfway through our conversation he extends his hand and says “I’m Bruce, by the way” (yeah, I know!!). Anyway, I’m Nina! And now you’ve already heard one of my favorite stories to tell.
I’ve lived a lot of different lives before I landed in this one, from working in the music industry, to traveling solo and hitting all 7 continents, touring in a band, writing and publishing a children’s book, developing and teaching a computer science program for kiddos, and at some point along the way going back to school to learn to code (front and back end development, plus user experience and visual design).
Ten years of building websites later and my love for it has only grown.
I’m a total people person rolled in empathy so I love really seeing you and what you do, understanding not just the mechanics of your business or practice, but also digging into where you want to go from here. Are you a therapist starting a private practice that not only wants to draw more clients, but also start generating some passive income through online courses and content? Are you a florist that not only wants to display a portfolio of work but also wants to start hosting workshops and maybe even start coaching newbie florists on the business side of running their own shop? Do you find yourself answering the same 4 questions over and over, spending your days manually sending over the same forms to clients, and wanting to automate things to free up your life? A website can solve so many problems, organize and share information, and realize dreams that translate to real life. Oh baby, I love this stuff.
A Quick Look at a Few Favs
